Paid Social Media Manager – StartUp - €50k – Berlin – WFH

A Paid Social Media Manager is required by one of the fastest growing start-Ups in Europe. This company have a very cool office based just West of Mitte and have excellent access to public transport. This company have just received a very large round of funding and so have some big growth plans which are being focused on the Marketing department. The founder of the business has a background in Performance Marketing and so fully understands the importance that Marketing has on the success of a business.

The Role

As a Paid Social Media Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing and will be the in-house Paid Social specialist. Working with the Head of Performance to develop the company’s Social Media strategy you will then be tasked to execute the campaigns across Germany, Switzerland and soon the UK! You will be managing 6 figure monthly budgets and be given full support and training in any areas required. You will also be given full responsibility for testing different Social Media channels such as Snapchat, Pinterest etc.

Key Skills Required:

• At least 2 years’ experience working with Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads
• Fluent German speaker
• Experience working with bigger budgets (min €100k+ per month)
• Prior experience running campaigns across multiple European markets
• Very analytical and strong sense of project ownership
• Strong English speaking skills
