Identify business development opportunities by prospecting for potential new clients, managing pipeline, accelerating campaigns and providing deal-based ideas; Attract and assess top talent for placement with clients; Set and achieve target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); Define long-term strategic goals; Conduct Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes and use career development plans to drive performance; Ensure succession planning; Adopt company policies; Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Management Information systems (MI); Mentoring new employees on business development, client engagement, CRM and research into Adtech and Martech markets; Conduct data analysis to assist clients with salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and creation of job specifications; and Negotiate business deals with clients.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or related field
Three years of full-time work experience in job offered, or in the occupations of recruitment consultant, business development or related field
Experience recruiting in the Adtech and Martech sectors and consulting with start-ups, investors and corporations.
Approximately 8% of time spent traveling to San Francisco, CA and New York, NY (1-2 times per quarter)
