Key Responsibilities:

The Paid Social Account Manager who will focus on working with fastest growing social platform TikTok. The role present fantastic opportunity to lead strategic discussions and driving innovations with this platform as well as deliver hands on activation and bring TikTok campaigns to life. You will be responsible for end-to-end solutions and campaigns develop, activation and post campaign analysis on TikTok. You will be working with our Influencer team, Digital and Strategy global teams as well local market planning team.

We are looking for someone with an interest in social media trends, ever-evolving platforms and who has a pulse for all things on TikTok and passionate about the platform, opportunities it presents and consumer experiences it offers. The roles presents an opportunity to become TikTok guru in ever evolving world of social media.

 

  • Inspire the client to step outside of their comfort zone and create strategies how client could leverage latest trends and platforms features;
  • Monitor and present the latest trends on the platform to the client and local teams;
  • Develop and implement test & learns;
  • Plan paid social campaigns (TikTok) including targeting, budget recommendation, pacing and optimization across multiple markets;
  • Set up social campaigns in-platform across TikTok Accounts;
  • Optimise the campaigns
  • Conduct/present pre- and post-buy media analyses;
  • Manage the trafficking of social assets, including sometimes setting up traffic on your own;
  • Perform competitive analysis, audits and identifying opportunities in the landscape;
  • Generate strong actionable insights;
  • Ensure effective performance review and clear next steps for optimisations are communicated;
  • Occasionally support on other social platforms but focus remains on TikTok
  • Junior person support will be available for some reporting tasks, manager is however expected to be able to do all above tasks on their own and ensure the quality of outputs of junior team members when they are involved

Skills required:

 

  • At least three years experience in social advertising;
  • Working knowledge of Social Platforms is a must (Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager etc.);
  • Experience with writing reports about paid media campaigns, organic media campaigns; Influencer reporting is a plus;
  • Familiar with social media marketing / listening tools;
  • Aptitude in maintaining relationships with both internal and wider agency stakeholders;
  • Deliver exceptional client service, confident in presenting, answering questions;
